operation offense
Operation Offense, Inc. is a task force of representatives from Section V and the New York State Public High School Athletic Association, which has been formed to take the offensive in education and prevention activities directed at young athletes use and abuse of chemicals.

The mission of Operation Offense, Inc. is to coordinate the efforts of Coaches, Student/ Athletes, Parents, and Professional Staff in education, preventing, and intervening with chemical abuse.
